Purchases to be made through a distribution partner. Proof of purchase during the promotional period and bonus gift redemption form required to be submitted to CRC by the distribution partner for redemption. Bonus gift redemption form available from the distribution partner. Bonus items will be dispatched on a fortnightly basis to the recipient (details provided on the redemption form) on CRC receiving the proof of purchase and redemption form from the distribution partner. Please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery of bonus item. Fluids in start-up kit vary depending on machine purchase.
