Evapo-Rust ready to remover rust remover is already one of our most popular products for removing rust and whilst the ready-to-use formula is a pre-mixed solution, there is still some degree of soaking required as the liquid does not stick to items.
Evapo-Rust Spray Gel is here to tackle items that need immediate attention when you don’t have the time or the equipment to soak items. Instead, Evapo-Rust Spray Gel can be sprayed on in-situ and the thick gel product will stick to the rusty surface, quickly breaking down the rust without the need to soak.

Evapo-Rust Spray Gel clings to surfaces to effectively remove rust on all types of mild steel and iron, without the need to soak. It can be applied on heavy rust to help to break down the rust on a range of metals.
The powerful formulation is safe on chrome, copper, brass, aluminium, vinyl, and most plastics. Evapo-Rust is non-caustic, non-flammable and contains no petroleum.
Evapo-Rust Spray Gel offers a great long-term solution for items that are susceptible to rust, especially when combined with other rust prevention products in the CRC range. It is recommended that these are applied immediately after the removal of rust using Evapo-Rust Spray Gel.

CRC Soft Seal
CRC Soft Seal provides a dry transparent, amber waxy film for heavy protection of parts that will not wash or wipe off even in severe conditions. It is a premium heavy-duty, long-term, indoor/outdoor corrosion inhibitor for machined metal surfaces and assemblies subjected to long periods of storage or adverse shipping conditions. It is highly resistant to humidity, salt water and spray, chemicals and corrosive atmospheres.
CRC Soft Seal is suitable for the protection and storage of electrical circuits and components, heat pump exterior units and condensers, metal parts and assemblies, alloy extrusions, dies and moulds, battery terminals and connectors. It protects for up to 2 years when exposed to severe salt spray conditions.

How to remove rust
Removing rust is always a challenge, however, with CRC’s rust removal range of products, we take the challenge out of removing rust.

Then watch as the gel breaks down the rust and then simply wipe and watch the rust disappear. This excellent rust dissolver can be applied to heavily rusted metals as well as removing rust from lightly rusted items and works effectively across a wide range of materials.
